Charters

The Charter refers to a document that is issued to a local Baden-Powell Guild by the Canadian Fellowship of Baden-Powell Guilds after a Baden-Powell Guild has satisfied the requirements for membership that are established by the Canadian Fellowship of Baden-Powell Guilds.
